The CARA Network supports six M.Sc. programs in Latin America. Each program is two years full-time with a core curricula in water resource science (emphasizing hydrogeology a.k.a. the study of groundwater) and a water management curricula covering the social, economic, institutional, and political aspects of water management within the context of the region and each country.
